Absolutely! Our chefs are specifically trained to cater to children with high allergies, as well as those who require gluten-free and dairy-free options. In addition, our Chrysalis and Magic Kingdom centers do not serve beef or pork, and all of our centres are completely nut-free.

As part of your enrollment, we provide two 2-hour complimentary transition sessions, scheduled as closely as possible to your child’s start date. These sessions are designed to help your child and you become familiar with the daily routine and get to know everything. We understand that each child is unique, so we are flexible with the transition period. Some children may need only 5 minutes, while others may require a full week. Our team will work with you during this crucial phase at no extra cost to ensure that the process is as stress-free as possible for both your child and you.

Certainly, we are here to support you in toilet training your child, recognising that this is an ongoing journey that requires respectful and consistent collaboration between our centre and your home.

In accordance with both Ministry of Health guidelines and our Health and Safety Policy, we adhere to a 24-hour exclusion period for fever and 48-hour exclusion period for gastro bugs to ensure the well-being of your child and all the other children in our centre. We take the health and safety of all children in our care seriously.

We fully endorse the Ministry of Education’s policy for early participation in ECE and therefore, we encourage parents to enroll their children as early as possible. Our centre believes that early participation in our special environment enhances the social, language, and resilience capabilities of all children aged 0-5 years, preparing them for their future in school and life.
